The FOXBORO Company was named after a town in Massachusetts (USA). It was later acquired by Siebe plc of Windsor (UK) in 1990. In 1999, Foxboro became an Invensys company due to Siebe PLC merger with BTR PLC which formed Invensys PLC. Invensys PLC’s automation solution division, Invensys Operation Management Systems, is a global leader in the field of automation and information technology, systems, solution software, services & consulting.
FOXBORO Malaysia is the result of a venture between Invensys and a local associated company of Permodalan Usahawan Nasional Berhad (PUNB) which is Progressive Impact Technology (PITECH).
The Foxboro brand was acquired by Schneider Electric in January of 2014. The Foxboro brand has a history of innovation that continues with our commitment to provide the best products and services to our customers with superior instrumentation and award winning Distributed Control System.
Progressive Impact Technology Sdn. Bhd. was founded in 1992. The company’s line of business includes providing the provision of intelligent supervisory control & data acquisition systems, distributed control systems, remote terminal unit, plant information systems, laboratory information systems, civil engineering business and environmental monitoring services.
